New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then via your Apple ID account settings.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Offgrid Syndicate, and adjust or cancel from there.
I made a purchase but the app still shows I need to subscribe — what do I do?
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that doesn't resolve it, try fully closing and reopening the app, then contact us if the issue continues.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic includes unlimited itinerary building, PDF and photo export, saving itineraries, and ratings. Premium adds the AI trip-building assistant, voice search, and AI-discovered places on top of everything in Basic.
Is the trip information accurate?
Place names, locations, and navigation links are verified and real. Weather and sea conditions are sourced live from Open-Meteo. Star ratings are indicative only — always confirm details with official sources before you travel.
